Our site is private and gated off meaning the public cannot just walk into our site, we ask all guests to always sign in and be with the resident. All shared communal areas and amenities are cleaned every day to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all residents. Every two weeks your communal kitchen will be cleaned but in between those deep cleans it is down to the residents to keep it as clean as possible.

We provide a 1Gbps broadband connection with a wired connection. While Wi-Fi speeds may vary, an estimated speed of 250Mbps is typically maintained, depending on the time of day and the number of users on the network. This is all included within the bills and rent, meaning no extra cost.
